Serenity For Women Tri-est Cream:
Each Tube of Serenity Triple Phytoestrogen Cream Contains:
- 48mg of Natural Oestriol
- 8mg Natural Oestadiol
- 8mg of Natural estrone.
- Each tube contains 58grams (2oz) net weight.
1/8th tsp = 1mgm of natural estrogen. The suggested amount to use is from 1=3 mgm. This is for your own unique needs. It can be applied on hands, arms, or other areas such as vaginally for vaginal dryness or dysplasia.
Using TRI-Est cream in conjunction with your natural Progesterone Cream helps relieve persistent hot flushes, night sweats and vaginal dryness, that have not been relieved with progesterone alone.
It is recommended that most women use a natural progesterone cream for 3-4 months before using the natural estrogen cream. In 99% of cases ongoing symptoms of hot flushes and night sweats are eliminated by the use of Progesterone Cream.
How to Use:
- Triest may be applied once or twice daily. Use the smallest amount to relieve symptoms.
- Use from days 1-25, or 2-3 times weekly,
- When using with progesterone, use the progesterone at the same time, or at least from days 10- 25. This will enable 5 days per month without either cream.
When first starting both tri-est and progesterone they may be used continually for 8 weeks, if hot flushes and other symptoms are not relieved if a break is taken.
1/8th tsp = 1mgm. The suggested amount to use is from 1-3 mgm normally 2.5 mgm so about 1/8th to 1/4tsp.
Health & Science who manufacture the cream suggest using the cream vaginally. This allows the cream to be absorbed into your system rapidly. But if this is not convenient, apply as you do the Serenity Cream on inner arms, and other areas where the skin is thinnest, and softest.
Signs of too much estrogen for your need
The Breast Check: If they are full, painful, or growing that usually indicates too much estrogen.
The Ring Check: Swollen fingers, rings difficult to move around generally indicate too much estrogen. If the rings move around easily, your level is correct.
The Sleep Check: If you have difficulty falling asleep, or have restless nights, you might not have enough estrogen. Night Sweats, and Hot Flashes, still around, take a little more estrogen.
Mind and Mood Check: For many women, mental clarity, and mood, are an extremely accurate measurement of estrogen replacement.
Symptoms of Low Estrogen Levels:
Because symptoms can be subtle and varied, women may not recognize at first that their issue is low estrogen. Below are some of the most frequently experienced symptoms that indicate low estrogen levels, particularly in menopausal women.
Hot Flushes
Memory Lapses
Joint Pain
Dry Skin
The weakest of the body’s estrogen is estriol, which makes it a good choice for women wanting to use the lowest possible amount of estrogen. The other two estrogens are added, as the estriol alone does not appear to maintain bone density.
When natural progesterone is added to the estriol, research suggests we also get an augmentation of the positive effects upon bone density. If you have a uterus, you must use some progesterone with the estrogen cream. Progesterone is a precursor hormone meaning that it enables the body to make store and receive small amounts of estrogen after menopause and hysterectomy.

The predominant natural oestrogen made by the ovary is oestradial, which is rapidly broken down into the weaker oestrogen called oestreone and oestrone is broken down to the much weaker oestrogen called oestriol, which is excreted unchanged in the urine.
It is recommended that most women use a natural progesterone cream for 3-4 months before using the natural estrogen cream. In 99% of cases ongoing symptoms of hot flushes and night sweats are eliminated by the use of Progesterone Cream.
Women continue to produce estrogen (oestrone) post menopause in their adrenal glands and fat cells
When natural progesterone is added to the estriol, research suggests we also get an augmentation of the positive effects upon bone density. If you have a uterus, you must use some progesterone with the estrogen cream.
The use of estrogen alone, in women who have a uterus can result in over stimulation of the uterine lining, leading to endometrial hyperplasia.
