Why I Started This Blog

Hi My Name is Marg Trevella. For the last 14 Years I have been helping women sort out their hormones. Or I have done my best!!
But you know it all comes down to Natural Living. Giving our Body what it needs.
You can't run a car on empty petrol!
So over the years I have loved using Essential Oils to Support my health.
So who am I. Well I am a Mum with 3 grown Sons and Granny Marg to a wee grand daughter Ashleigh.
Prior to retirmement(hmm what is that!) I worked as a Registered Nurse. I have always been a Holistic Healer and Teacher. As they say you can't teach an old dog new tricks.
So I am loving sharing my Essential Oils. With the combo of Good Food, Exercise, Stress Management, Getting Rid of Chemicals in Cleaning and Personal Care. Plus Essential Oils and Serenity Cream, life may just be a little better.
